WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Thunder delivers products worldwide using Nacex or DHL Express. All shipments are insured. Note: Customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Community. For businesses: it is necessary to send Thunder the company name, registered office address, and VAT identification number required for billing. Tracking information will be available when the shipment leaves our warehouses. Note: Depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after the products have been shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Delivery times may vary for products not in stock according to manufacturer/supplier times. Thunder is no longer responsible for delivery delays after the products have been handed over to the express courier.

DELIVERY TIME

Shipping costs include shipping and packaging. Costs will be calculated at the time the order is closed. We deliver worldwide with DHL Express or Nacex. The delivery time in Spain will be 1-2 days and for Europe 2-5 days.

SHIPMENTS

Thunder will deliver to the customer at the address indicated the selected and ordered products, according to the procedures established in the previous paragraphs, through a courier service and/or a transport agent. Delivery will be made according to the times indicated in the order confirmation. Once the delivery has been completed, the customer must verify the conformity of the delivered products with the order, and only then proceed to sign the delivery documents, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided in the clause relating to the "Right of withdrawal". Thunder assumes no responsibility for delays or problems in the delivery of goods due to force majeure events, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods, and any other event that could prevent, in whole or in part, compliance with the contract within the established deadlines. Thunder will not be liable to any party or third party for damages, losses, and expenses incurred due to non-compliance with the contract for the reasons mentioned above
