Returns and Refund

 

The Holder will reimburse Plc-Thunder with the same payment method used by the latter. The User must return the products through a courier service at his own cost, without delay and within a maximum period of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal sent to the Owner.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If a package containing the products purchased at Plc-Thunder arrives in damaged condition at the customer's address, the customer must refuse delivery by the courier service. If the customer accepts the delivery of the package, the customer must: (i) take note of the damage on the delivery card of the courier service so that Plc-Thunder can make a claim; (ii) keep, as delivered, the products, the original box and the packaging material received; and (iii) immediately notify Plc-Thunder by contacting customer service by email at info@plc-thunder.com to arrange a courier inspection. If the customer does not notice the damage and keeps the products received, the original packaging, the packaging and does not notify Plc-Thunder within 3 days after acceptance of the delivery, the product is considered to have been accepted as if there were arrived intact and a regular right of withdrawal from Plc-Thunder will apply.


 

REFUNDS

The returned item will be carefully examined and if the merchandise will be received in the same condition as it was sent by Plc-Thunder, a refund will be issued. The refund will be made after 5 business days from receipt of the goods. You will receive an email notification.
