All our products have a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. If the item is not as described, you will have a full refund including all shipping costs. If the item is lost or damaged during transportation, it will be refunded only in case of insurance. Each time the User intends to make use of the legal guarantee provided with the Products, the User must contact the Data Controller at the email address info@plc-thunder.com. The Owner must respond promptly to the communication of the alleged lack of conformity and must indicate to the User the specific procedure to follow, taking into account the category of products, and / or the alleged defect.

 

LOSS OF WARRANTY

  Tampering, unauthorized removal, failure to follow user instructions, use of a voltage other than the prescribed voltage, installation of non-genuine parts or parts that do not meet technical specifications, failure due to misuse of the device, attempt to repair by unqualified personnel, damage caused by natural and unnatural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, vandalism, etc.) will void the warranty. The warranty conditions apply only to the product, which is subject to a malfunction, accompanied by the return authorization.
